With James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad making its way to our screens inside the month, our anticipation for the movie is absolutely sky high. Now, while we have been burned by a Suciide Squad movie before, we are being cautiously (ok, not so cautiously) optimistic here and expecting the movie to be an absolute triumph! But this all being said, we can’t wait to go over the movie, so we thought that we might as well take a trip behind the scenes of the upcoming movie so we can get ourselves a little extra helping.

So, in this video we are going to head behind the scenes of the Suicide Squad and look at all of the information you want to know about the movie. We will take a look at the huge set builds that went into making the movie, how Warner Bros wanted to make the movie PG-13 but eventually caved to James Gunn’s wishes, how Gunn compares it to working on Guardians of the Galaxy and in the MCU, other DCEU projects he was offered, a look at the characters themselves (including Idris Elba’s Bloodsport, John Cena’s Peacemaker and of course Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn), some issued they found while filming (and how the Panama heat affected production), the use of practical effects and VFX, and how they brought Sylvester Stallone’s King Shark to life. We will also go through some fun facts, interesting pieces of trivia, and some unseen footage from the movie. So get ready to let chaos rain as we go behind the scenes of Suicide Squad.
